Hayworth University Park is a place of solitude and natural beauty amid the bustle of campus,
and has become a gathering place for students. The cornerstone of the park is the amphitheatre with
its 15-foot waterfall that people can walk behind. The waterfall cascades into a pool that spills into
another pool just behind the amphithreatre seating area. This area provides space for outdoor concerts,
student meetings and outdoor classes on a nice day. Stone and brick bridges and walkways provide access to and
through the park, and ponds add to the ambiance.
