Part of the new sports complex, the Ike Belk Track opened in early 2007. It features a
state-of-the-art eight-lane poured- polyurethane track which meets all certifications of the
International Track and Field governing body. The track also includes high-end pole vault and high jump
mats, auto-adjusting hurdles and steeple barriers. It provides two long jump/triple jump pits, a pole vault
area and a shot put area. We will soon begin the addition of a hammer/discus-throwing cage.
